- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA for tech scouting
- Mentor next-gen tech talent in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI implementation
- Proven track record of launching revenue-generating tech products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit or Microsoft Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized tech ecosystems
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers in high-growth environments
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
