- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Drive R&D investments in neuro-interfaces and decentralized AI frameworks
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
