Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with market impact analysis
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategy for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on cutting-edge research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching future-focused products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISM) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience building innovation pipelines from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting projects
