Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Anticipate societal shifts and regulatory impacts on tech adoption by 2026
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage prototype development for next-gen user interfaces and experiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ year market horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong systems thinking with ability to model complex tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
