Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/IoT solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine collaboration
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on future-focused research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology governance frameworks
