Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026 market leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and anticipate technology disruption vectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record anticipating and capitalizing on tech disruptions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
