Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, bio-digital systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech adoption in global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for breakthrough innovations
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain)
- Expertise in future-trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to stakeholders
