Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, Quantum, Web3)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions through patent research, academic partnerships, and competitor intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-driven ROI projections
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget for pilot programs and strategic acquisitions
- Represent company at global tech forums (CES, Web Summit, etc.) as thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact on 3+ major tech transitions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks: Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Decentralized Systems
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent credential required
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or top-tier industry publications
