Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams building quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify emerging tech threats and opportunities via patent analysis and market scanning
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor emerging engineers in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journal
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from prototype to IPO
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
