Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Experience scaling tech operations in hyper-growth environments
