Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals on 2030 tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, ISO 21434)
