- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech commercialization frameworks
- Experience developing ethical AI governance policies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
