Responsibilities
- Architect long-term tech roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven automation frameworks for future workflows
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.) for strategic integration
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite on ESG-compliant tech innovation frameworks
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for experimental initiatives
- Mentor junior talent in futuristic thinking methodologies and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing fundamentals
- Published research or patents in future-tech fields (2020-2023)
- Experience developing innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong command of predictive analytics tools (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of Web3, IoT convergence, and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism focus preferred
