Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry innovators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation abilities with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
