- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Architect strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Champion agile experimentation frameworks to rapidly prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present compelling technology narratives to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on next-generation solutions
- Quantify ROI of futuristic initiatives through market modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of successfully launching market-disruptive technology products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
