Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with global business objectives
- Establish industry-first standards for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle management for complex systems
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized tech innovations
