Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and Web3 infrastructure
- Lead ideation workshops to prototype AR/VR experiences for enterprise clients
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their impact on product development
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental R&D projects
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging tech methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab on sustainable tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching AI/ML products with 7-figure ARR
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech trends
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
