Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech research
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published work on technology ethics or innovation policy
- Experience working with Fortune 500 technology strategy teams
