Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure R&D funding and strategic partnerships
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
