Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces)
- Architect sustainable digital infrastructure solutions for 2026+ operational demands
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech capabilities into corporate strategy
- Present findings to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists in future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in implementing AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Deep understanding of Web3, AR/VR convergence, and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience scaling tech teams in hyper-growth environments
- Certification in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation circles
