Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and innovation pipeline maturity
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate emerging startups and partnerships
- Author thought leadership on tech trends for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products at scale (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in future tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PDMA)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum deployment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
