Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
- Build and maintain a future technology innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
