- Mentain 15+ person innovation lab with 3 direct reports
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for future-tech incubation
- Present at Davos/World Economic Forum on emerging tech trends
- Publish white papers on tech ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum/IoT initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Published author on future technology trends
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Deep expertise in tech ethics frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
- Global speaker credentials at top-tier conferences
