- Present tech forecasts to Fortune 500 executive boards and UN committees
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven proposals
- Mentor next-gen engineers in ethical tech development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing DoD or EU Horizon Europe grants
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
