Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech) for commercialization
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for future tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation ROI and adoption
- Partner with academic institutions and startups to scout breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
