- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof architectures into production systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI-powered products at scale
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic chips
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Strong network with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar innovation ecosystems
