Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Mentor emerging talent in next-gen tech methodologies and futurist thinking
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical implications on digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-defining innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell)
