Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-integrated systems and AI-driven automation
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through compelling tech investment proposals
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with global impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from lab to market ($50M+ ARR impact)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience navigating international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions
