- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with enterprise objectives

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize stakeholder vision
- Author strategic whitepapers and patent disclosures for future IP portfolios
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout disruptive startups
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web4, spatial computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
