Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices and ethical innovation standards
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies (post-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, biotech, climate tech)
- Executive presence with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
