Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year tech roadmaps aligning with 2026 global sustainability targets
- Lead quantum/AI integration projects for climate modeling and medical breakthroughs
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets across 3 international research centers
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
- Secure patents for at least 2 disruptive technologies annually
- Drive partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
- CISSP or CTO-level certification
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable tech innovations
