Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or equivalent innovation pedigree
- Clearance for DoD/NASA tech advisory roles preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global tech diplomacy
