Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise-level deployment
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures or next-gen distributed networks
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2019-2023)
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption curves
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
