Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in Technology Futures or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Deep understanding of sustainable tech frameworks (ESG compliance)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech projects
