Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-gen tech roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption goals
- Drive patent development for AI/quantum hybrid systems (min. 5 patents/year)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent innovation track record
- 10+ years in emerging tech with 3+ patents or equivalent breakthroughs
- Expertise in at least two: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized tech
- Proven ability to scale tech teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow with 5+ production deployments
