- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural network deployments
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups for strategic acquisitions
- Present future tech scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author industry thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparation
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on enterprise roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies preferred
- Published research or patents in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience scaling tech ventures from prototype to global markets
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications (US/EU/Asia)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
