Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition or partnership
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends through patent analysis and academic research
- Drive prototyping initiatives in our Innovation Accelerator program
- Shape policy recommendations for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ unicorn exits preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with government tech policy frameworks (e.g., CHIPS Act, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
