Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate tech
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and incubate breakthrough innovations
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technologies role
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
