Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, autonomous systems)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated AI) for competitive advantage
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with ESG 2030 goals
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum computing and clean-tech startups
- Present future-state visions to investors and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-tech impacts (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
