Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential by 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and societal impact assessment
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
