- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Identify emerging tech vectors (bio-integrated systems, decentralized AI) for strategic investment
- Develop patent portfolios for sustainable quantum algorithms
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and global innovation councils
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Future Systems Design
- 7+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in frontier tech research
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI or quantum breakthroughs
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Proficiency in simulating quantum neural networks using Qiskit/PennyLane
- Track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC tech ecosystem integration
