Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, climate-tech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Translate technical innovation into commercial opportunities with ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in commercializing nascent technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
