Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in NIST quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
