Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year tech roadmaps for quantum-AI integration
- Identify emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Architect scalable frameworks for neuro-quantum computing applications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets across R&D initiatives
- Drive ethical tech governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Establish industry standards through thought leadership at Davos and SXSW
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ exponential technology deployments
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and computational paradigm shifts
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for AI/biotech across 15+ jurisdictions
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio of patented technologies or acquired startups
