Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation programs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup or corporate innovation environments
