Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Successful track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+ preferred)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
