- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition high-level concepts into scalable technical solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences, including executive leadership and investors.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation sprints to prototype and validate new technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
