Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Published in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies with $100M+ impact
