Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging technology research
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotechnology, or neuromorphic systems
- Experience presenting to executive boards and government tech councils
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
