Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum labs, neurotech startups, and synthetic biology pioneers
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic governance
- Drive R&D investments in biocompatible hardware and ambient computing interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies (quantum, neurotech, or synthetic bio)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity Institute/Gartner-certified)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 futurist publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) and data modeling frameworks
